Will start off by saying that we love it here and will continue to come back, but this one star review is regarding only one stylist, Hailey. She completely messed up my son’s hair and ignored all the notes in his file. Just buzzed his whole head. Didn't use scissors. Didn’t ask what he wanted. Have never had any issues before, everyone has always been great and given him the same perfect haircut every time, based off of the notes in his file. No idea why she didn’t just read or ask what he wanted, instead of just giving him a buzz cut, something he’s not even allowed to have at his school. Don’t let this deter you from coming here, this is warning to just not go to Hailey.

Always great service at Sports Clips at The Goldenwest Marketplace. When I ask for a style change I'm never disappointed. [b]Sandra[b] can cut some hair. I moved last year and tried another newer local place and I came right back. As a descent looking single late fourtyish guy, with this great cut, I can honestly... "It aint me"! Thanks Sandra you're great! See you in two months!

Went in last night for a cut. Gave Ashley free reign with what she wanted to do with my hair. Have gotten many compliments today at work and my mother bloody loves it. Never had a bad experience at this location but last night was exceptionally good as she really changed up the hair style (for the better) and the shampoo was very relaxing. Also her food suggestion was on point. the fries were bomb (forget to get ranch though!).
