"I don't know how I never heard of Sport Clips before the recent TV ad campaign. I thought they were pretty new, but they have been around for years. The design of the salon is unique with the sports theme and it is very clean and modern. Personally, I don't care about the sports part of it with games playing on the TV screens throughout the salon, but sports fans will love it.
Sonia cut my hair and was excellent throughout my time with her. We chatted while she was cutting and she was done before I knew it. I got the MVP package with the hot towel, shampoo, and neck-scalp massage. The shampoo had tea tree oil which I normally use a lot at home, so that added to the scalp massage with its tingling effect. I always rush home to shower and rewash my hair when I get cuts at other places, but I didn't need to this time. I didn't have any of the usual clippings all over my clothes afterward...excellent cleanup.
My cut was perfect, the overall service was excellent, Sonia was very friendly, and the price was quite reasonable. I'll be going back."

"This place is the best hair salon in HB! Why pay more for the same haircut. Go get yourself an MVP after a long day and just relax. Haircuts here are precise and I've never walked out of there without feeling content with what I asked for. Sandra was my stylist recently and she is super funny and will definitely have a conversation with you about everything in life. I recommend coming here whenever you need a new cut."

"So, I was raised in Garden Grove in a time when you could walk in to a Barber, relax, and unload your problems to not only a skillful hair cutter/stylist , but an expert in listening to people. I have gone back 3 times to get a great hair cut and if I feel like being "chatty" , call is Cathies because the staff is great.
Unique (my hair guru) is awesome and I always feel welcome by all the staff. Management should have more people on hand for the busy times is my only reccomendation. I have driven by and passed because it looked like quite a few people were in the bull pen. But it doesn't stop me from coming back."

"I've been going to Sport Clips for years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I was going to the salon on Beach Blvd./Adams in Huntington Beach until my favorite stylist Tatum M. transferred to this Goldenwest location. Tatum has been cutting my hair for years and does a GREAT job. I actually can go to closer locations but I love the job that Tatum does and she's got the best personality, I highly recommend her. As long as she's working at Sport Clips, I'm a highly satisfied, returning customer."

"I had an awesome experience with the SportClips in yorba Linda so I figured I'd give this one a try. Bad choice. My experience here was pretty awful. Me and 2 other people ended up walking out after getting sick of listening to 3 different people argue about how to charge one of the customers. What discounts he could and could not use, trying to find some sort of account he had with the place. I would have given this place one star but I didn't even give them a chance to give me a bad haircut. Took my business elsewhere. Too bad I had to sit and wait for 30 minutes to find out I don't wanna do business here."
